Returns Policy

We accept online returns of non-sale, unworn / unwashed merchandise with original packaging and tags attached within 15 days of your order receipt. We offer store credit for anything within 16 - 30 days of your order receipt. We offer free returns in the US only.

(Any items that do not meet our return criteria or are sent back without prior authorization will be considered forfeited and will be handled at Cacio Pepe's sole discretion). 

Eligible orders can be returned for a refund, exchange or e-gift card. Please click here to begin your return.
