Return Policy

Standard Returns: We accept online returns within 15 days of your order.  We offer store credit for anything within 16 - 30 days.

Sale Items: Items marked on sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Clearance/Final Sale Items: Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that items will be marked as “final sale” on their product page

Returns are free for domestic orders

When will I receive my refund/exchange/store credit

Once your return has been marked delivered by the carrier your refund/exchange/store credit will process.

Terms and Conditions

Items must be unworn/unwashed with original packaging and tags

Any items that do not meet our return criteria or are sent back without prior authorization will be considered forfeited and will be handled at Cacio Pepe’s sole discretion
